1. What they are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage works the same way. We use both.
2. Essential (always on)
sa_session keeps you signed in (up to 14 days, removed when you sign out). A locale cookie remembers your language, and display preferences (motion, performance) are kept in your browser storage. Our security checks and the cookie choice you make here are also stored. The site cannot work without these, so they do not need consent.
3. Video players (only if you allow them)
Lesson videos are played by YouTube (loaded from the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain), Kinescope or Bunny Stream. These companies may set their own cookies and receive your IP address when the player loads. Until you choose "Allow video players", no video player is loaded and these companies receive nothing from your visit.
4. What we do not use
No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no analytics or social-media pixels.
5. Sign-in with Google or LinkedIn
If you choose these buttons you leave our site for theirs; their own cookie and privacy rules apply there. We receive only your name and email address.
6. Change your choice
Use "Cookie choices" in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and switch at any time. You can also clear cookies and site data from your browser settings.
