1. Request window
You can request a refund within 7 days of your package activation, provided you have watched less than 20% of the package content and have not received a certificate.
2. How to request
Send us a message from the contact page with your email and transaction number.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are sent back using the same method you paid with, within 14 working days. Your package is cancelled when the refund is approved.
4. Not refundable
Packages that have ended, and cases of account misuse or content sharing, are not refundable.
