2. Data we collect
Account data (names, email and password; phone, country, qualification, employer, job title and how you heard about us are optional; we also note how the account was created and a campaign tag if the sign-up link carried one), learning data (progress, quiz results, certificates) and payment references you submit. We do not store card numbers.
3. How we use it
To run your account, deliver courses, track progress, issue and verify certificates, process subscriptions, send service emails and improve the platform.
4. Certificate verification
The public verification page shows the certificate holder’s name, the course, hours and issue date to anyone who has the serial number.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform and when required by law: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Vercel Blob (file storage), Resend or an SMTP mail service (email), and the video player you allow (YouTube, Kinescope or Bunny). If you sign in with Google or LinkedIn they give us your name and email. We do not sell your data.
6. Security
Passwords are stored hashed, connections use HTTPS, and access to data is limited by role.
7. Your rights
You can view and edit your data from your account page, download a copy of it, and delete your account yourself at any time (this erases your profile, progress, quiz results, certificates and payment requests, and cannot be undone). If you cannot sign in, send a deletion or access request from the contact page and we will answer within 30 days. This follows the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
8. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and remember your language. Video players from other companies load only if you allow them. See the cookie policy.
