Do I need prior experience?
No. Beginner paths start from the basics. Each course lists its level so you can choose where to start.
Which language are the courses in?
Lessons, quizzes and certificates are available in Arabic and English. Switch language from the header at any time.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes. Every course has free preview lessons. Create a free account to save your progress.
How do I pay?
Choose a package, transfer the amount by Vodafone Cash, InstaPay or bank transfer, and submit the transaction number. We activate your package after reviewing it.
How long does activation take?
Usually within one working day. You will receive an email when your package is active.
How do I get a certificate?
Complete every lesson of a course and pass its final quiz. The certificate is issued automatically and appears in your dashboard.
How can someone verify my certificate?
Scan the QR code on the certificate or enter its serial number on the verification page.
Can I use my account on several devices?
Up to two devices at the same time. Signing in on a third logs out the oldest one.
What happens when my package ends?
Content locks, but your progress and certificates are kept. Renew to continue.
