2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your password confidential. An account is personal and may not be shared; the number of devices signed in at the same time is limited.
4. Content and licence
Courses, videos, documents and quizzes are protected. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view them for your own learning. Copying, recording, redistributing or publishing them is not allowed.
5. Packages and payment
Access is granted for the duration of the package you subscribed to, after the payment is confirmed. When a package ends, content is locked while your progress and certificates are kept.
6. Prices and fees
The price shown for a package is the price you pay. We add no other fees. Your bank or wallet (Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, bank transfer) may charge its own transfer fee, which we do not control. Packages do not renew automatically and we never charge you without your action.
7. Certificates
A certificate is issued automatically when you complete a course and pass its final quiz. The printed name is the English name in your profile. A certificate may be revoked if it was obtained by misconduct.
8. Third-party materials
Fonts are open-source families (SIL Open Font License or Apache 2.0) served from our own site. Video players belong to YouTube, Kinescope and Bunny and are used under their terms.
9. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass security, share paid content, cheat in quizzes or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
